Do you want to improve your health and sports performance?

You are already dehydrated when you feel thirsty.

The Big Problem - Dehydration

Why measuring your hydration level?

Maximizing physical and cognitive performance

As you exercise and start to feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated. Studies have shown that even 2% dehydrated leads to slower sprint time, weaker muscles and impaired cognitive functions. The quality of workout is compromised with impact on performance.

Keep your body healthy and energized

Total body water averages at 60% of body weight. It’s essential to keep your body fluid balanced for good health. Too much water would lead to hyponatremia. Too little water would lead to dehydration.

Prevent injury and heat stroke

Dehydration has shown to increase both heart rate and body temperature. The heart has to work faster to maintain delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscles. Heat dissipation is impaired as there’s not enough sweat for thermoregulation. It can easily lead to injury and heat stroke.
